Refund Policy

At Nadhi Artistry, we want you to love your handmade purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below for information on refunds and exchanges.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Timeframe

Under Australian law, there is no set statutory period in days for refunds or exchanges. Instead, you are entitled to a remedy within a "reasonable period" after purchase, depending on the nature of the product and the problem. For our customers, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, in line with common Australian retail practice and to ensure your peace of mind.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging;

  • You have proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. We will organise a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@nadhi.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label for your convenience.

  3. Pack and Send: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it using the provided label.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, your replacement will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
